Commercial lot sales led the company’s advance as revenues surged by 75% to P14.5 billion on investor demand at Arca South, Nuvali, and Broadfield estates.
Revenues from commercial leasing grew by 62% year-on-year to P33.4 billion, with normalized mall rents and foot traffic, the contribution of new office spaces, and higher hotel room rates. Shopping centers and hotel revenues doubled to P16.1 billion and P6.2 billion, respectively.
Despite ongoing challenges in the operating environment, Ayala Land remains positive in its outlook for 2023.
The company plans to introduce new offerings that will meet the evolving needs of the market.
