TV host Willie Revillame revealed that he had asked for the permission of ABS-CBN President Carlo Katigbak on his collaboration with actor John Lloyd Cruz in GMA-7.
“At para malaman niyo rin ho, with respect sa ABS-CBN, dun din naman po kami nanggaling, nagpaalam din ako kay Mr. Carlo Katigbak,” Willie said during his show.
“He’s very kind, napakabait. Sabi sa akin ni Mr. Carlo, ‘Hindi ko naman sila puwedeng pigilan. Siyempre meron na silang mga buhay at siyempre, kailangan nilang magtrabaho at wala naman kaming naibibigay sa kanila,” Carlo reportedly told Willie.

In a report on Pep.ph, Cruz is set to do a sitcom with Andrea Torres in the Kapuso network.
The TV host said that he also spoke to John Lloyd that he wants to guide his showbiz comeback.
“Kinausap ko siya nang masinsinan, ‘Ano bang plano mo sa buhay mo? Ano ba ang gusto mo?,” Willie told Cruz.
“And then it’s a good thing na nagkausap kami para naliwanagan din siya.Sabi ko, ‘May anak ka na. May anak na tayo, dapat may trabaho na tayo para sa future saka nami-miss ka na namin.,” he added during his Wowowin show.

Willie said that Cruz will also be the producer of his own show.
They are also discussing the possibility of producing their own films.
“John Lloyd, welcome sa bago mong pamilya, sa bago mong magiging tahanan.Huwag kang mag-alala, hindi ka namin pababayaan.” (TDT)
