Dubai-Sharjah travel time to be reduced to 12 minutes with resumption of intercity routes

Residents who frequently travel from Sharjah to Dubai and vice versa will soon benefit from shorter travel time of 12 minutes as the Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), in coordination with Sharjah’s Roads and Transport Authority, will soon resume two intercity bus routes that started on Sunday, December 27.

Route E306 will start from the Al Ghubaiba Bus Terminal at Dubai and head towards the Al Jubail Bus Station at Sharjah via Al Mamzar.

Meanwhile, Route E307 will start from the Deira City Centre Bus Station, and will head to the Al Jubail Bus Station, Sharjah, through the Al Ittihad Road.

Six double-decker buses will be available every 20 minutes on both of these routes with a dedicated lane which means that commuters need not worry about getting stuck in traffic from Dubai to Sharjah.
