OFWs in UAE express excitement over Hyperloop

Thousands of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) are spread across the UAE, and most of them are working in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Many of these OFWs want to get together to lessen their homesickness. However, distance and cost of traveling from Dubai to Abu Dhabi are always their concern.

No wonder OFWs are excited when Hyperloop, a mode of transport which will lessen travel time from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and vice versa to just 12 minutes, was announced.

Out of their excitement, they already tagged their friends to plan their meet-up in 2023 since Hyperloop is not expected to be completed in at least five years.

Some even joked that one can now work in Abu Dhabi despite staying in Dubai without having to worry about going home late from work.

The UAE is already known as one of the countries promoting innovation and technology from their infrastructures, transportation, and mode of living in general to make the lives of its residents easier and more comfortable.

Some OFWs even hope that the service will be extended to other emirates.
