1. Relive your meteor garden days at Ying-de Academy

Known to the world as Ying-de Academy, National Chung Cheng University in Chiayi County was where the series was filmed. Fans may be already familiar with its lockers and cafeteria, as these two were important backdrop to Shan Cai and Dao Ming Xi’s romance.

It is believed that entering through the mouth of the dragon and going out of the tiger’s will get rid of you bad luck. Climbing seven flights of stairs is also worth it if you want to look over the lotuses on the Kaohsiung lake from the top of the temple.

This restaurant gained fame for being vintage car-themed. This is also where Shan Cai and Dao Ming Xi had their first date. The restaurant is adorned with parking meters, and license plates, booths are also made to look like the interior of vintage cars.

4. Reach for the sky at Taipei 101

One of the most photographed towers by tourists, Taipei 101 was once the tallest building in the world. Aside from the observation deck at the top floor, the building is also filled with shopping stores, boutiques and restaurants.
