WATCH: Famous vlogger dubs PH as “most lovable country”

Travel vlogger Nuseir Yassin, owner of the famous Facebook page Nas Daily, has always been vocal about his love for the Philippines.

Recently, he named the country as the “most lovable country” in the world.

In his 6-minute vlog (video blog), Yassin explained some of his reasons why he fell in love with the Philippines.

“The first time I came to the Philippines, people told me, it was more fun. But the second time I came here, it’s not more fun that’s here, it’s more love,” he said.

Yassin documented everything from the surprise party that Filipinos threw to welcome his girlfriend to his experience when he went island hopping in the country.

“But it’s not just nature that is amazing in the Philippines, it’s also the people. Their hospitality, friendliness, and ability to speak with you in English make these islands even more fun,” he said.

Aside from the nature and its people, his other reasons why he loves the Philippines include the distinctive lifestyle, cheap cost of living, and its history.

“In one month here, I’m going to tell you what I did not see. I did not see a single Filipino without social media, a single Filipino who tried to rob me or anyone who tried to sexually harass my girlfriend. I never walked into a place without seeing a smile on people’s faces. I did not see overpriced items just because I was a tourist, and I definitely did not see nature more beautiful than this.

“In the Philippines, privacy is gone because all Filipinos wanna do is hang. And as I leave it, heading to see the rest of the world, my message is this: Disregard politics, distance, and traffic, and remember the Philippines and its people are the real gem of Asia,” he said.
