The 13-year-old daughter of Kobe Bryant, a rising basketball player herself, was in the helicopter crash that killed all passengers onboard, NBC News reported.
Gianna Maria Onore also called Gigi died in the crash with her father, 41-year old basketball legend Kobe Bryant.
It was in 2017 that Kobe posted the basketball moves of his daughter Gigi sinking a turnaround fadeaway jumper. Meanwhile, tributes have started to pour in including basketball superstar Shaquille O’Neil.
“There’s no words to express the pain I’m going through now with this tragic and sad moment of losing my friend, my brother, my partner in winning championships, my dude and my homie.” At the Staples Center, a memorial has been installed by fans.
