Kapamilya actor JC Santos has revealed his marriage to his high school crush. He also shared that he and Shyleena Herrera will he having their first baby soon.
In a press conference for his upcoming film with Bela Padilla, the actor said that he got married last year.
He also added that 2019 had been a fruitful year for him.
“Sobrang thankful ako kay Lord na lahat ng dasal ko, lahat ng pangarap ko, natupad last year… Bukod doon sa career ko, ‘yung crush ko noong high school na nabasted ako 15 years ago, nagkita kami ulit at hindi ko na siya pinakawalan,” Santos said.
He also recalled how he proposed to his wife.
“Siyempre nag-hang out kami for a few months. Sinabi ko na agad sa parents niya na, ‘I want to marry your daughter.’ Sinabi ko na agad sa kapatid niya. Nalaman na nila and nag-propose ako, and we got married. And now we have a new beautiful blessings,” he added.
The couple will be welcoming a baby girl next month. He also explained why he was quiet last year on his marriage.
“Hindi namin siya nilihim. Wala lang nagtatanong. Ako naman ang social media ko is about work lang,” he said.
