“Los Bastardos leading ladies Maxine Medina and Kyle Verzosa have set the record straight about a spitting incident that reportedly happened while taping a scene for their daytime teleserye.
Kylie said she had already apologized for the incident and both of them have reconciled immediately after.
“Nagkaroon po kami ng eksena ni Maxine, patapos na po ‘yung show, sobrang heightened na po ‘yung emotions namin,” Kylie said in a media conference.
Maxine, on the other hand, said Kylie’s apology came four days after the incident. The Miss Universe Philippines 2016 said the misunderstanding could’ve been avoided if they were able to speak with each other before doing the scene.
“Nag-sorry naman po siya sa kin right after four days na nangyari ‘yung scene. Siguro lesson na din ito na sana before na gawin natin ‘yung eksena, let’s talk about it. Para if ever may mangyari na hindi ka-nais-nais, eh kaya natin mag-sorry right after,” Maxine added.
Both stars said that all is well between them and they have already patched things up.
“Nag-sorry na siya sakin and nag-usap na kami, okay na po ‘yun,” Maxine said.
