Kapuso star Bea Binene was surprised when she was accidentally became involved in the controversy involving Kapamilya stars Bea Alonzo, Gerald Anderson and Julia Barretto.
The three celebrities became instant trending topics online after Alonzo posted on Instagram about possible cheating of Anderson. Both Barretto and Anderson denied their relationship.
Since she has the same name with Alonzo, Binene started receiving messages related to the Kapamilya actress.
“Well, ayaw kong mag-comment ng ano, kasi baka sabihin nila baka ginagamit para sa promotion ng show,” Binene told Pep.ph.
“Pero nakakatuwa kasi may mga nagdi-DM sa akin, ‘Bea, kaya mo iyan. Hindi mo deserve. There’s life at the end of the tunnel.’ Chuchuchu!,” she said .
Binene added that one netizen even admitted that she sent her message to the wrong person.
“O, kaya meron dun isa, ‘Bea, kaya mo iyan. Ay, wrong sent! Maling Bea pala,” she added.
Binene is set to be part of an upcoming Kapuso teleserye ‘Beautiful Justice’.
