Jimuel Pacquiao, the eldest son of Manny Pacquiao and Jinkee Pacquiao, has defended his girlfriend, actress-model Heaven Peralejo, from online bashers who have accused her of being a gold digger.

In an interview with PEP.ph, Jimuel said people should stop saying hurtful words towards his girlfriend as they don’t really know her personally.

“They don’t really know who she is, what she’s like. Ako, kilala ko po siya, si Heaven, kasi girlfriend ko siya. So, ang masasabi ko lang po ay… no way, she’s not! There’s no way na ganun siya,” he said.

He added that his parents were able to meet Peralejo and they are supportive of his relationship with her.

“Na-meet naman po na nila. And they are very supportive kasi nakita naman nila na mabait si Heaven, na Christian. Christian po kaming dalawa. Nagtsi-Church po kami together,” he said.

It was back in March when Jimuel and Heaven confirmed they have been dating.

According to them, they first met at a mall.

They met again at the same mall for the second time around and it did not last long before Jimuel started to court Heaven.

They said their relationship is going well because they have so many similarities.
