Julian Penn (JP) Policarpio

Julian is an intern in Journalism and Marketing for the Filipino Times, currently a sophomore at Dubai American Academy. At an early age he has lived in several countries throughout his life, including Philippines, Singapore, France, Vietnam, and Dubai. As an international citizen, Julian has had first-hand experience on the different cultures and natures of stories that the world has; being able to use that to find and write important stories.
