The prices of 22 carat, 21 carat, and 18 carat gold went down further in the UAE on Thursday, October 18.
Dubai Gold & Jewellery Group’s update shows that the prices of 22K, 21K, and 18K gold all went down from yesterday’s rate.
Yesterday, 22K, 21K, and 18K were priced at Dh139.75, Dh133.50, and Dh114.50 respectively.
Today, 22K gold is only priced at Dh139.25 per gram, a slight dip from yesterday’s rate. Other types of gold, such as 21K, and 18K are priced at Dh132.75, and Dh114, respectively.
The price of 24K gold, meanwhile, remains steady at Dh148.25.
It should be noted, however, that the prices vary depending on the purity of gold and the market it was traded in.
