Miss World 1993 Second Runner-Up Ruffa Gutierrez was one of the latest celebrities to meet President Rodrigo Duterte.
The actress and former beauty queen met the president when he visited Cebu and attended several events over the weekend.
Gutierrez posted a photo of her encounter with the president on her Instagram account with the caption, “Hello, Mr. President!”
But on the comments section, one netizen with the Instagram handle @hugbai sent what seemed like a warning to Gutierrez.
“Yari ka diyan kay Digong,” the netizen wrote implying that the president has bad intentions in meeting Gutierrez.
Another netizen (@starcanieso) replied to the said comment which read, “@higbai Grabe ka. As if may gagawing hindi maganda ang presidente kay Ruffa. Ayusin naman ang comment. Respeto naman.”
Gutierrez agreed with @starcanieso by replying, “I know, right? kakahiya naman kay Presidente.”
On her Instagram Stories, Gutierrez shared more photos of her meeting the president.
