This time, let’s go under the radar and find out what keeps these next batch of ex housemates busy after stepping out of the PBB house.
1.Ejay Falcon (PBB Plus)
Edward Jake Lasap or Ejay Falcon won PBB Plus, the second installment of PBB Teen Edition, in 2008. He beat fellow housemate-turned-celebrities Robi Domingo and Beauty Gonzales on finale night. The “Promdi Hottie of Mindoro” was immediately loved by the public because of his relatable struggles as an ordinary Filipino.
After PBB, Ejay had minor roles in several television shows before securing a lead role in ABS-CBN’s Katorse alongside Erich Gonzales. He also landed major roles in shows Tanging Yaman and Momay.
Ejay is still currently very active in show business and is arguably one of the best actors today. He recently appeared in a Maalaala Mo Kaya episode as the lead role and currently stars as Tonyo in the TV show The Blood Sisters.
2. Myrtle Sarrosa (PBB Teen Edition 4)
Myrtle won the fourth installment of PBB Teen Edition ahead of Karen Reyes and twins-slash-fan favorites Jai & Joj Agpangan. After the show, Myrtle entered the showbiz industry and had several projects. She also graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Mass Communication, cum laude.
Currently, she still appears on TV screens and does cosplays. She also works as one of Hero TV’s VJs and has recently been featured in FHM Magazine.
3. Slater Young (PBB Unlimited)
Slater competed in PBB Unlimited in 2012. After the show, the “Hotshot Engineer of Cebu” entered the showbiz industry and became one of the regular guests of spin-off show Pinoy Big Brother: Uber. He also appeared in some heavy drama shows, particularly in one Maalaala Mo Kaya episode with Dimples Romana. However, Slater has not been seen on TV since 2014.
Today, Slater has moved back to Cebu, this time, to become an entrepreneur. In February 2018, he became engaged to his author-girlfriend Kryz Uy.
4. Ruben Gonzaga (PBB Celebrity Edition 2)
Did you know that Ruben Gonzaga is the first male winner of PBB? He secured the top spot after going head to head with beauty queen Riza Santos in PBB Celebrity Edition 2 in 2007. Ruben is best remembered for his comedic personality. After the show, he worked for ABS-CBN Davao as host of the program Agri Tayo Dito.
Ruben is married to Jeselle Gonzaga, former host of Agri Tayo Dito, and they now have two children.
