66-year-old Filipina grandmom finds love the second time around

A 66-year-old Filipino woman who recently remarried is now helping her husband grow his business in Eyre Peninsula in Australia.

Leticia Bacornay-Milner had found her true love in 2017 at the age of 62 and married Brian after she met him in 2013 on a dating website.

She was a widow with 4 children while Brian was a divorcee when they married.

After Brian went to the Philippines to meet Letty’s family, on June 3, 2018 they tied a knot.

Bacornay said her husband completed “her life” and recalled their meeting in 2017 in Sydney that helped her find “true love.”

She later enrolled in the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) to improve her English language skills and now helps her husband market fruit jams and olive products in South Australia.

Letty said that it was at 62 she found her love. Settled now in South Australia, Letty learned to pick Olives at the 38-hectare farm that Brian owns. (AW)
