A blaze from a restaurant at the Dubai International City 2 led to the death of an Asian man early morning of Monday, August 31.
Authorities report that the fire was caused by a gas leak that resulted in an explosion that razed fire in the entire restaurant.

Dubai Civil Defense shares that the blaze was reported around 4:31 am to authorities.
The Nad Al Shiba Fire and Rescue Centre immediately rushed towards the location to douse the flames out and evacuate residents from the area. The fire was put out around 4:54 am.

Police officials are currently conducting investigations regarding the incident.
