Pop royalty Sarah Geronimo thanked her solid fans, ‘popsters’, and the LGBT community for reviving her 2016 hit ‘Tala’ and turning it to a dance craze this year.
The song became the ultimate Christmas party theme song and dance covers because of its unique dance steps.
In video on G-Force YouTube channel, Sarah and G-Force choreographer Georcelle Sy thanked people for their support, three years since the song and dance video have been released.
They also gave a shoutout to the LGBT community for making ‘Tala’ alive.
“Sa LGBT community, talagang tinangkilik nila ’yung song na ’to pati ’yung choreography,” Sarah said.
She also expressed her gratitude to drag queen Bench Hipolito, a Sarah G impersonator who consistently performed ‘Tala’ at O Bar nightclub.
Sarah and Georcelle also teased a possible ‘Tala 2.0’ dance.
“Gawa tayo ng something new,” Georcelle quipped.
“New version? Version 2.0?” Sarah added.
“Abangan ’nyo po ’yan” the popstar said.
