Kapamilya teen actor Joshua Garcia admitted that he is no longer talking to former girlfriend and loveteam Julia Barretto after their break up.
“Last ko talaga siyang nakausap noong birthday ko, eh. Ah, noong taping ng station ID ng Dos. Nakita ko siya, ewan ko, nahihiya ako. Na-shy ako,” Joshua said in a media briefing.
He added that they remain friends and he is happy that Julia has upcoming projects.
“Friends kami, actually. Sa ngayon, hindi ko po alam ang mga projects na gagawin niya. Pero kung anuman ‘yun ay happy ako kasi back to work na uli siya,” Joshua added.
When asked if he is happy being single, the actor said that he is more focused now on his work and projects.
“Mas nakita ko na mas malinaw ang mundo ngayon, mas lumuwag, mas open ako sa lahat. Sa work ko, the way ako mag-isip, parang hindi ko kayang pagsabayin ang dalawa kasi hindi ko kayang i-handle ang oras ko kasi lagi akong tulog,” Joshua revealed.
He added that he is happy that some of his fans are supportive with his team up with Janella Salvador.
“Oo, grabe, nababasa ko nga ang mga tweets nila. Nakaka-happy ang nga reaction nila. Nasasaktan sila kapag nasasaktan ang mga characters namin ni Janella,” he said.
