Two Chinese nationals who travelled to Wuhan admitted in San Lazaro hospital

The San Lazaro hospital has confirmed that two Chinese nationals were admitted to their medical facility after showing flu-like symptoms amid the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak.
Hospital spokesman Dr. Ferdinand De Guzman told GMA News that a third Chinese also exhibited flu-like symptoms but was later found to have varicella or chickenpox.

“Only two po so far that were investigated. Yung third po was assessed and had varicella po,” De Guzman told GMA News Online.
The spokesman said that some cases in the hospital dif not fit the criteria of being suspected to have the novel coronavirus from China.

The Health Department said that there are 11 persons under investigation for suspected novel coronavirus cases. These individuals are being monitored after exhibiting influenza-like symptoms and had a travel history in Wuhan, China. The city is the ground zero of the deadly outbreak.
Health Secretary Francisco Duque said that as of this posting, no cases of novel coronavirus have been confirmed in the country.
