Temperatures are expected to soar in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to between 41°C and 45°C today, Sunday, June 9.
According to a tweet from the National Center for Meteorology, interior areas are expected to experience warmer temperature as high as 45°C today.
Residents are advised to bring umbrellas and always drink water.
Afternoon winds are expected to clear the morning haze.
Meanwhile, calm to moderate conditions are expected in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman.
