Bayanihan Council Abu Dhabi holds oathtaking ceremony for 2019-2020 officers

The Bayanihan Council Abu Dhabi recently held their oathtaking ceremony for their latest batch of officers for 2019-2020, following an election held last March.

Ambassador Hjayceelyn Quintana led the oathtaking ceremonies as she personally congratulated the new batch of officers. Quintana also recognized the efforts of the previous Bayanihan officers batch 2018-2019 that she got acquainted with when she began her tour of duty here in the UAE by presenting plaques of appreciation for them.

In attendance as well were Consul Rowena Pangilinan-Daquipil, Vice Consul Von Ryan Pangwi, Cultural Attache Delza Bayabao, along with leaders and representatives from fellow Filipino community organizations who witnessed the oathtaking.

Bayanihan Chairman Elmer Casao continues his post as Chairman until 2020 following his successful bid during the 2018 Bayanihan Elections.
