The unexpected chemistry between the newest loveteam “AlEmpoy” has become an instant hit to moviegoers.
Kita-Kita, starred by Alessandra de Rossie and Empoy, is a romantic-comedy movie shot in Japan which not only gave laughters to the audience, but it also unexpectedly won the hearts of many.
The film, earning P210 million in its first two weeks, became a trending topic in social media for the reviews and recommendations of the people who have seen the movie.
As a bonus to its high earnings, executive producer Piolo Pascual, gave P1 million each for the two leading actors.
De Rossi thanked the people who made the movie possible, including the writers who made the story of the film.
“Nu’ng ginagawa pa lang namin ‘to, iniisip ko, kahit sino namang artista dito kung ganito kaganda ang kuwento mo, magkaroon ka ng magandang movie,” said de Rossi in a statement from LionHeartv.
