The United Arab Emirates has strongly condemned Iran’s renewed missile and drone attacks targeting Bahrain and Kuwait, describing them as a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the two Gulf states.
In a statement, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the attacks threaten the security and stability of Bahrain and Kuwait.
The ministry reaffirmed the UAE’s full solidarity with both countries and expressed support for all measures aimed at preserving their security and stability.
The statement came after Kuwait said its armed forces intercepted two hostile ballistic missiles that entered its airspace early Sunday. Authorities reported no casualties or damage.
Bahrain also said it was targeted by Iranian ballistic missiles and drones, describing the incident as part of a repeated pattern of aggression and calling on the United Nations Security Council to take action.
