Filipinos can now view civil registry documents online through PSA

Filipinos may now access birth, marriage, and death certificates, as well as CENOMAR and CENODEATH documents, online through the Philippine Statistics Authority’s (PSA) latest digital service.

The new system allows individuals to request viewable online copies via the PSA Serbilis website after filling out the application form and paying the required fees, ₱130 for birth, marriage, and death certificates, and ₱185 for CENOMAR and CENODEATH documents.

Payments must be made in person at any PSA outlet by the document owner, or in the case of a death certificate, by the deceased’s next of kin.

Once payment is confirmed, a unique code will be issued to access the requested documents online. These copies are view-only and cannot be printed directly.

For printed copies, applicants have two options: request delivery to their preferred address for an additional fee, or use the DocPrint add-on service to print documents at a nearby PSA Civil Registry System (CRS) outlet. CRS offices are available across Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

The initiative is part of PSA’s Civil Registry System – Information Technology Project Phase II, aimed at making civil registry services more convenient, especially for Filipinos in remote areas.

More details are available on the official PSA website.
