Philippine Embassy to hold Embassy-on-Wheels in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh will bring its Embassy-on-Wheels (EOW) program to Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, on Aug. 15-16, providing a convenient way for Filipinos in the area to access essential government services.

The two-day initiative will take place at Sofitel Al Khobar, The Corniche, on South Corniche Road, and will operate from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 15, and from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16.

Passport-related services and notarial/authentication services will require prior appointments.

Passport applicants can secure a slot through the DFA Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) at https://www.passport.gov.ph/, while notarial and authentication appointments can be booked via https://riyadhpe.dfa.gov.ph/.

Walk-in services will be available for Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN), civil registry documents, and passport releases. Civil registry services will close one hour before the end of the day to allow proper processing.

Embassy officials reminded the public to bring cash for payment, as card or debit transactions will not be accepted.
