The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) is set to hold virtual jobs fair on November 27.
POEA said in a statement: “4,510 jobs are at stake for construction workers, factory workers, skilled and professionals. There are also openings for seafarers.”
“To join, register to the POEA’s E-registration System. Click Registration at the upper left corner of the POEA website www.poea.gov.ph,” it added.
Employment opportunities will be coming from different countries like Australia, Taiwan, Qatar, Canada, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom.
Around 17 licensed recruitment and manning agencies will take part in the jobs fair.
The agency said that it will be open to all interested applicants nationwide.
“Virtual jobs fair was launched in December 2020 to provide help our OFWs find employment amidst this pandemic,” POEA said.
Also, it is intended to help them avoid illegal recruiters.
