What options do I have on rejection of my visa renewal?

In case of a limited-term contract, the term visa renewal can take place through a mutual agreement between you and your employer.
However, the employer one can’t force the employee to renew it, and vice versa.
In an unlimited term contract, a company needs to send you a notice as a mentioned time period as mentioned in the employment contract.
