A delivery rider has been caught groping a woman in Quezon City. The incident was captured in the street’s CCTV, according to a report on GMA News.
The 23-year-old woman was walking in broad daylight when a motorcycle rider suddenly went after her and groped her. The incident took place last May 14.
The victim ran while the suspect fled the scene immediately. The woman has filed a complaint in the barangay.
The man was identified as Justin De Guzman by the authorities. He had several complaints for the same crime prior to the recent one.
The suspect will face charges on acts of lasciviousness.
