Ever united, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, drove HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, around Dubai’s Al Marmoom Lake as part of their meeting.
In a tweet on Monday, the UAE Vice President said in Arabic, “Tours are sweet and life is sweet when you’re accompanied by Shiekh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.”
The two leaders have discussed ways to improve the social stability of UAE citizens.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid said, “My brother Mohamed bin Zayed visited me today in Al Marmoum. The visit of a brother, a leader and a friend. The country brings us together and we are united by thinking of a better tomorrow. We are united by the desire for 2021 to be the greatest year in the United Arab Emirates’ march.”
They also tackled the battle against COVID-19, ways to contain its negative repercussions in economy, as well as the achievements accomplished to provide vaccines to Emiratis and residents.
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed said, “During my meeting with my brother Mohammed bin Rashid in Dubai, we discussed several issues, including the wellbeing of our citizens, the most important of all. We also discussed the UAE’s efforts to deal with global health challenges and support economic and social prosperity.”
They also commended the great efforts of medical frontliners in safeguarding the health of all residents.
On the economic front, they also talked about the initiative adopted by the UAE to promote domestic tourism to reinforce this vital sector and attract tourists from around the world.
