Senator Manny Pacquiao gave a tribute to his dog who recently died, remembering their good times and saying he was the best sidekick he ever had.
In a video posted on his Facebook page, Pacquiao shared some of his moments with Pacman, his Jack Russell terrier who has been his companion for 14 years.
Pacman died weeks ago after being accidentally run over by a car in General Santos City. He was quickly rushed to the vet clinic, but he did not survive the accident.
The dog has always been the senator’s companion in all of his boxing trainings, including running and sparring.
Pacquiao said he will never forget their wonderful memories together since 2006, and that he will always be missed.
“Thanks for being the best sidekick anyone could ask for! We will miss you Pacman!” he said in the post.
