LOOK: Here’s what a more environmental-friendly EDSA looks like

Every Filipino commuter in Metro Manila would understand the struggle of passing through EDSA. Aside from heavy traffic, narrow sidewalks, distracting billboards, and steep footbridges, the pollution along this road is just a little bit too much to take.

So, an artist decided to visualize what many Filipinos consider to be wishful thinking – a greener and more environment-friendly EDSA.

Bryan Aranda, a 23-year-old Advertising Arts graduate from UST, reimagined EDSA if it was covered with plants and trees, instead of towering buildings and billboards.

Aranda edited photos of Guadalupe bridge and EDSA Shrine and added in lots of trees and plants, and even the Supertree Grove which can be found in Singapore.

His photos have already gained thousands of likes and shares on Facebook.

Take a look at them below.
