Rendon Labrador reacts on Marc Pingris’ 1-v-1 challenge

Online influencer and self-described motivational speaker Rendon Labrador reacted to the 1-on-1 basketball challenge of former Gilas Pilipinas player Marc Pingris.

In a video posted on Friday, September 2, Labrador reacted to the challenge saying to Pringis that he was wrong for challenging him to a 1-v-1.

“Mali ka ng hinahamon. Pa-trending ka lang, pa-hype ka lang,” said Labrador in the video.

Pringis’ challenge came after Labador criticized Gilas Pilipinas coach Chot Reyes who was booed during their match versus Saudi Arabia last Monday, August 29.

“Hindi tayo mananalo sa puro paawa effect,” Rendon Labador said.

This prompted Pingris to dare Labador for a 1-on-1 game in basketball.

In a video, Labador asked Pingris if he was serious about challenging the motivational speaker in a 1-on-1 basktball match.

“Siguraduhin niyo na alam niyo ang pinapasok niya at kilalanin niyo ang hinahamon niyo,” Labador said.

Labrador explained his earlier statement against Reyes and said that there “were more deserving” coaches to lead the Gilas Pilipinas team than Chot.

Labrador continued his reaction video by saying that he couldn’t understand why Pingris won’t play basketball with the cameras around. Pringis requested for them to proceed with the challenge without it being streamed.

“Ano yan magyayakapan tayo? Hinamon mo ako, ikaw ang humamon wala na nga akong TF,” said Labrador.

“Kasi alam mo ba ang Battle of the Youtubers, may tinutulungang charity yan. Kahit huwag mo na akong bayaran boss MG. Ituloy mo ‘yung laban, kung lalaban si Marc Pingris,” he added.

Pingris has yet to give any reaction to the statement of Labador.
