Kapamilya actor Kit Thompson is now under police custody after authorities rescued his girlfriend Ana Jalandoni in a Tagaytay City hotel.
“Authorities were alerted after Jalandoni pleaded for help from her friends and sent a picture of herself. She was allegedly detained and injured by her boyfriend, actor, Kit Thompson,” ABS-CBN News said in a tweet.
While the friends of Jalandoni were asking for the assistance of authorities, hotel staff also alerted the police after checking the commotion in the hotel room of the couple.

Kit is now being questioned by the Tagaytay police. Ana was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
“We have just been informed that one of our artists, Mr. Kit Thompson, was allegedly involved in an incident that transpired last night in Tagaytay City, Cavite,” Kit’s management Cornerstone said in a statement.
“As we have yet to receive a formal report regarding the alleged incident, we could not give a response not comment on the matter. We request the public to be mindful of casting judgment based on unfounded reports being circulated online,” the management told ABS-CBN News.
