PH bet wins 2019 Mrs. Asia Pacific Global in Malaysia

Another Filipina beauty queen raised the Philippine flag high in front of an international stage.

Avon Viray-Morales, a 43-year-old mom from Parañaque City, was crowned 2019 Mrs. Asia Pacific Global in Johor, Malaysia, on May 18.

Aside from winning the crown and title, Morales also won four special awards: Mrs. Photogenic, Mrs. Elegance, Mrs. Social Media Queen and Mrs. Special Queen Ambassador.

Before she entered the world of pageantry, Morales, who is a Psychology graduate from De La Salle University Taft, has been working as a human resources executive.

She has also taken part in several charity projects of the Rotary Club of Makati San Miguel of which she’s the current president.

Other winners of the said pageant include the representatives from Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Russia.

After the pageant, Morales took to her social media account to thank God and the people who have helped her throughout her journey.

“Dear Lord, these were more than what I prayed for. I just asked for one crown that’s deserving of me to be called the daughter of the Mighty King. But You gave more,” she said.

“The thing that I could commit- to try and make You proud of me by being the queen that You created me to be, my Father, my King,” she added.
