Actress Angel Locsin lives by the meaning of her name as she is truly heaven-sent for those who have been affected by heavy rains and floods these past few days.
Many residents were forced to evacuate and Locsin extended a helping hand to those residents in Marikina City who temporarily lost their homes due to the calamity.
Based on several social media posts, Locsin is seen handing out food which were sponsored by a fast food chain she endorses, as well as relief goods to the people at the evacuation center.
Locsin also took to Instagram to thank the fast food chain and other local government officials for helping the evacuees.
Last August 12, Locsin also posted on her Twitter account that she went to Rizal to help other evacuees in that area.
“For those who are thinking of giving hot meals and other essentials, last night, may estimated 500 evacuees sa Kasiglahan Village Senior High School Montalban, Rizal. I don’t have the total head count kasi medyo magulo pa last night but you could check and see for yourself,” she tweeted urging her followers to lend a hand too.
