Robin Padilla supports Bong Go’s bid for senatorial position

Action star Robin Padilla took it to Instagram to encourage Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go to run for a senatorial position in 2019.

Padilla posted a photo with a poster in the background that reads “Ready! Set! Go!”. He is also seen wearing a white shirt with the words “I am Duterte” and “JustGoIt” printed on it.

He then posted a video saying that in case Go wins the election, Duterte’s goals for the country would be achieved faster, one of which is the implementation of federalism.

Padilla has been vocal about supporting the implementation of the new political system because, according to him, it would bring peace to the Filipinos, especially to the Muslims in Mindanao, and would further assist the president in helping and protecting the poor and powerless.
