Actor and Cavite vice governor Jolo Revilla flew to the United States to attend a five-day program.
Revilla is currently Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government to take up the Executive Education for Emerging Leaders.
He took to Instagram to share a photo of him standing by the facade of the university with the caption: “Truly honored to mark this milestone in my personal and professional life as I partake in the Executive Education for Emerging Leaders of Harvard Kennedy School.”
Through his Instagram Stories, Revilla also uploaded an image of his ID for the program.
Revilla is also not alone in taking up the program in the said Ivy League School. He is joined by two other local politicians, namely San Juan City Vice Mayor and daughter of Senator Jinggoy Estrada, Janella Estrada, and San Juan, La Union Councilor Migz Magsaysay.
All three of them filed their Certificates of Candidacy (COC) last October in order to run in the 2019 mid-term elections. Revilla seeks to serve another term as vice governor of Cavite, while Estrada and Magsaysay will run for mayor of their respective hometowns.
According to Harvard’s website, participants who would like to join the program would have to pay a fee which costs $8,800 or around P467,000 based on current exchange rates.
sa harvard naman, you are not only required to have brains but most especially money… even Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago said this.
