Kuwait’s Armed Forces said Wednesday they intercepted two hostile ballistic missiles and 13 drones that breached the country’s airspace.
The Ministry of Defence said the interceptions were carried out without any reported casualties or material damage.
Defense spokesperson Col. Staff Saud Al-Otaibi said the armed forces remain on continuous operational readiness to protect the country’s security and ensure the safety of citizens and residents.
The ministry did not immediately identify the source of the missiles and drones or provide further details on the incident.
