Several netizens in the areas of Metro Manila has posted photos and videos of the ash fall reaching there.
In Makati, Facebook user Dante Perello shared photos of his black car visibly filled with ashes.
Another Facebook user Joel Pablo Salud said he smells the strong smell from the ash fall in Parañaque City.
“Odor of something burning, with hints of sulfur already strong here in Paranaque City,” he posted on his Facebook status.
Aldrin Pasco, who was bound for Manila and passing by the South Luzon Expressway (SLEx) also experienced the ash fall.
He cautioned motorists to drive safely.
“Minimum to zero visibility,” he posted on his caption.
Miko Zulueta also advised pet owners to keep their furry friends indoors.
“Ash fall is already in Manila. Please bring your pets & animals as they will suffer,” he posted.
