Ben Tulfo: You will never be a woman kung wala kang obaryo!

‘Bitag’ host Ben Tulfo has shared his thoughts on the controversy involving Senate President Tito Sotto and his comments on the LGBT community particularly transgender women.

“If you are a man, you will never be a woman no matter what you do. Because you cannot reproduce, you cannot give birth, you do not have ovaries. You will never be a woman,” Sotto told reporters last week.

Tulfo echoed Sotto’s sentiments and said that trans women could not become ‘real women’.

“Sen. Sotto was just stating facts in saying that you will never be a woman kung wala kang obaryo. Literally, internally, physiologically and biologically, he’s so right,” Tulfo said in a tweet.

Tulfo also slammed Vice Ganda’s comments that are too detailed and could not qualify as a valid argument against Sotto.

“Anong wala sa lalaki obaryo, anong meron sa babae obaryo,” Tulfo added.

He said that he remains supportive on the passage of an anti-discrimination bill. Tulfo said that he is just clarifying Sotto’s stand and there’s nothing wrong with it.
