Blockbuster director Cathy Garcia Molina revealed that she told Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards that they will not be getting ‘baby or special treatment’ while doing the new film in ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye’.
Garcia told this to reporters before flying to Bangkok, Thailand for the film’s post production.
The director said the shoot in Hong Kong was more difficult for Kathryn because she needs to learn how a domestic worker works there.
“So, ganun yung experience na wala kaming bine-baby sa set. In fact, pinagsisilbihan kami ni Kathryn kasi siya nagluluto, siya naghuhugas ng pinggan,” Garcia recalled.
Garcia believed it helped Kathryn to give justice to her role.
The film is set to premiere on July 31.
