UAE, PH Embassy, Consulate launch dedicated hotlines for COVID-19

Different agencies have set-up hotlines for concerns about the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) both in the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
In the UAE, the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) has established a dedicated WhatsApp number to respond to all queries about COVID-19.

In a post on Twitter, SEHA published the number to call which is +971 56 371 3090.
The public may call the number so they may be clarified regarding the present situation.


The Philippine Embassy in the UAE and the Philippine Consulate in Dubai have also announced their hotlines for Filipinos who wish to clarify their concerns about COVID-19, as advised through their official Facebook accounts.

In the Philippines, the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) has also set up hotlines that the public may call.

Quezon City Police District – 0995 954 0408
In Central Visayas, the Department of Health (DOH) in Region 7 has also set-up their own hotlines to call that is open 24/7.
Their staff from the Regional Epidemiology Surveillance Unit (RESU) and Health Emergency Management Services (HEMS) are manning the following hotlines:
