Man repeatedly stabs friend to death in UAE restaurant

The Ajman Police have arrested an expat for stabbing his friend to death in a restaurant.

Police officials told the Khaleej Times that the victim died after suffering from multiple stab wounds.

They were able to arrest the suspect in coordination with the Dubai Police in less than a day after he committed the crime.

The suspect reportedly tried to escape and go to the Dubai International Airport and leave the country.

Investigators said that the victim was accompanied by three other people in a restaurant and one of them stabbed him there.

Authorities managed to recover the murder weapon and arrested the other two as accomplices of the crime.
