Want luxury living in the middle of bustling Makati City?

Real estate magnates SMDC and Federal Land have come up with “The Estate Makati,” a high-rise residential development regarded as today’s most coveted property where “the affluent enjoy only the finest in luxury living.”

The developers listed down five things why this is the next big thing in posh modern living.

Premier Address

Its location is the last residential plot along the coveted Apartment Ridge on Ayala Avenue. It sits on a prime strip in Makati, that many 5-star hotels, retail boutiques, multinational companies, local conglomerates, and other premium residential buildings call home.

A First of its Kind

The expertise of a renowned British architectural firm, Foster+Partners, was tapped for this project. This is also the firm’s first residential project in the country.

If you have seen the Gherkin in London, the Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corp. building, and the Hearst Tower in New York City, you can now see how this firm has made sustainable iconic designs in major cities around the world.

Unique Design

The firm is behind the cruciform design of The Estate Makati. Owners are given the entire floor to themselves. Its shape provides minimal exposure to the sun’s rays, while double-glazed windows provide share and a scenic view of the skyline.

Seamless and Private Space

The need for space especially in living on condominiums has been a concern of some home buyers.

The Estate Makati offers double-slab technology which will allow residents to change the configuration of their flat to their liking, without having to disturb their neighbors. It also conceals utilities, plumbing, and electricals.

Refined living spaces

There are 188 units that have spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom flats or multi-level super penthouse suites that The Estate Makati can offer.

The developers boast of the premium natural stone finishes and engineered wood flooring of its bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen will also be fitted with top-of-the-line equipment and sanitary fixtures.
