Another plane crash was recorded on Sunday in Pansol, Laguna.

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines or CAAP has confirmed the crash and mentioned that the plane was on its way to Manila from Dipolog.

“It’s medical evacuation plane with registration number RP-C2296. It has lost radar contact on its way back to Manila from Dipolog City,” CAAP said in a text message to reporters.

The incident took place at around 3:00 pm (11:00 am UAE time). Netizens were quick to post videos and photos of the crash site.

Some netizens said that the plane’s debris landed in different resorts in Pansol, Laguna. Witnesses say that they heard a loud explosion, possibly an engine, before the plane lost control and crashed.

Calamba Police have confirmed fatalities on the crash, but details remain unclear.

The Laguna plane crash comes after a day two pilots were injured after its plane crashed into Batangas waters.

This is a developing story.
