An Asian maid was sentenced to life in jail by the Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) Criminal Court for killing her baby born out of wedlock and throwing it in a waste bin, Khaleej Times reported.
She was found guilty of premeditated murder and adultery by the court and sentenced her not only to life in prison but also to deportation after she served her time in jail.

The court records show the sponsor of the case rushed her to the emergency section of the nearest hospital after she suffered from excessive bleeding, the report said.
The sponsor was shocked upon learning from the doctors that the maid was pregnant and delivered her baby in an abnormal way.
He returned home and found blood in the maid’s private toilet. He searched for the newborn and was surprised to see it in the waste bin adjacent to his house.

The Asian maid admitted to the affair to a man who promised to marry her but turned her down eventually. The man in the affair left the country after he found out that she was pregnant.
The report said she was already married with children back in her home country.
