This is the fourth title for the 35-year-old James. He has led three different teams to championships twice with the Heat in 2012 and Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016.
Bam Adebayo led the Heat with 25 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists.
The Heat scored the first seven points of the fourth quarter, but the Lakers remain well in front 87-65.
