The United Arab Emirates has strongly condemned the drone attack targeting the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, calling it a blatant violation of the country’s sovereignty and a threat to its security and stability.
In a statement, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs denounced the hostile attack and reiterated the country’s full solidarity with Jordan.
The ministry said the incident undermines Jordan’s sovereignty and poses a risk to the kingdom’s security and regional stability.
The UAE also reaffirmed its support for all measures taken by Jordan to safeguard its security, stability and territorial integrity.
Jordanian authorities have not yet released further details on the incident or identified those responsible for the drone attack.
