“Arriving international passengers need to register to the One Health Pass to hasten the process at the airport. They only have to do a single registration which already included the Bureau of Quarantine health declaration, hotel booking, E-CIF (electronic case investigation form), immigration, OWWA (Overseas Workers Welfare Administration), MARINA (Maritime Industry Authority), and passenger undertaking,” Abanilla said in a report on the Manila Bulletin.

The paperless transaction kicked off last August 23. The One Health Pass website can be accessed via: https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC/

“We have a one-week adjustment period to integrate all the registration and to adapt to the paperless process,” he said.
